Efficienza energetica al massimo livello: Adaptive Motor Power

Tutte le unità CMG per le applicazioni Recycling, con capacità da 800 kg/h a oltre 5.000 kg/h, prevedono la funzione Adaptive Motor Power (AMP), unica nell’industria della riduzione dimensionale. Il granulatore è in grado autonomamente di stabilire quale livello di potenza adottare per espletare il proprio lavoro, in funzione della quantità di materiale da macinare, la forma, il peso, lo spessore, il tipo di plastica, la temperatura del pezzo. L’AMP permette di ottimizzare la qualità del macinato al massimo (omogeneità della particella e assenza di polvere) e ridurre al minimo l’utilizzo di energia elettrica. Da 20 a 25 Wh/kg è la piccola quantità di energia che un granulatore CMG utilizza, contro gli oltre 50 Wh/kg che un’unità convenzionale consuma. Il ritorno dell’investimento per l’AMP è inferiore ai 12 mesi.

Con la nuova serie Evoluzione CMG presenta i modelli EV916 ed EV616, soluzioni adatte alle condizioni operative più critiche, per granulazione con acqua oppure a secco, che richiedono caratteristiche di elevata performance, capacità di granulazione dai 2.000 a oltre 5.000 kg/h, versatilità, efficienza e sostenibilità. La serie Evoluzione garantisce costanza operativa e resistenza all’usura di grado superiore, grazie alle soluzioni costruttive che prevedono l’utilizzo di acciaio armonico, Hardox e strutture modulari assemblate. Oltre alla precisione al centesimo di millimetro sulla costruzione della nuova camera di taglio, che consente una durata delle lame molto maggiore se paragonata ai modelli convenzionali, tutti gli Evoluzione sono dotati di controlli avanzati, in stile Industry 4.0, per rendere l’operatività della macchina monitorabile e gestibile al 100%. Temperatura d’esercizio, usura lame, produttività, efficienza operativa, utilizzo energia, tutti parametri funzionali gestiti a bordo macchina o da remoto con connettività su protocollo OPC-UA, sono solo alcune caratteristiche distintive.

CMG Granulators will be at GreenPlast 2022 at Fiera Milano from 03 to 06 May 2022 (Stand A31 – hall 14).

GreenPlast is the event dedicated to innovative solutions to boost environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, options for Reducing-Reusing-Recycling, and progress towards a circular economy.

Energy efficiency at the highest level: Adaptive Motor Power

All CMG units for Recycling applications, with capacities from 800 kg/h to over 5,000 kg/h, feature the Adaptive Motor Power (AMP) function, unique in the size reduction industry. The granulator is able to autonomously establish which power level to adopt to carry out its work, according to quantity of material to be ground, shape, weight, thickness, type of plastic, and temperature of the piece. The AMP allows to optimize the quality of the regrind material to the maximum (dimensional and physical homogeneity of the regrind particle and absence of dust) and minimize the use of electricity. From 20 to 25 Wh/kg is the small amount of energy that a CMG granulator uses, compared to over 50 Wh/kg that a conventional unit consumes. The ROI for the AMP is less than 12 months.

The Evoluzione series guarantees operational consistency and wear resistance of a higher degree, with its construction solutions that involve the use of harmonic steel, Hardox and assembled modular structures. In addition to the precision to the hundredth of a millimeter on the construction of the new cutting chamber, which allows a much longer duration of the blades when compared to conventional models, all the Evoluzione are equipped with advanced controls, in the Industry 4.0 style, to make the machine functions 100% monitorable and manageable. Operating temperature, blade wear, productivity, operational efficiency, energy use, all functional parameters managed on the machine or remotely, with connectivity based on the OPC-UA protocol, are just some distinctive features.
