Sytrama is focusing on two approaches: Reducing its own energy consumption and developing environment-friendly, low-energy products and services for its customers

The themes of corporate responsibility and sustainability have highly increased in the last years and Sytrama has taken those arguments into account daily. The focus is on climate change but also on the concrete requests of the legislator.

Sytrama has put in place a bundle of responsibility measures in all sectors where it works. The goal is to build entrepreneurial success in a sustainable way, for Sytrama’s stakeholders but most importantly for our future. Every day, Sytrama creates long-term added value for its customers that is ecologically compatible, socially correct, economically rewarding and finally with high prospects for our future.

Environment

Economic and ecological sustainability has always been in Sytrama’s DNA. To reach this goal, Sytrama is focusing on two approaches. The first one is to significantly reduce its own energy consumption and the waste prevention, reduction, and recycling all the materials that can have a new life. The second approach is to develop low-energy products and services that respect the environment as much as possible for its customers. For example, Sytrama robots can be equipped with an energy saving system to reduce compressed air consumption. By a special circuit, the suction system is deactivated, fostering a reduction of compressed air consumption up to 75%. This saving needs to be seen from an energetic and economics point of view. 

Another measure in support of Sytrama’s green policy is the energy recovery system, similar to the systems mounted on hybrid cars. This system allows, during the deceleration phase of the robot axes, the accumulation of energy that can be used during peak consumption working phases of the robot. 

Incentives for Industry 4. 0 has led to more and more robots being equipped with remote modules connecting to the corporate network, granting two fundamental benefits. Firstly, the connection to the net has allowed Sytrama support service to exponentially increase remote interventions, gaining in speed, efficiency and cost reduction. Nevertheless, remote intervention avoids the production of emissions due to the “physical” transfer of the technician. The second benefits the connection of robots or working cells to the management software of companies. The exchange of data and the monitoring of fundamental parameters have allowed companies that have been able to exploit this data to optimize production, with clear energetic and economic benefits. 

Finally, the quality in Sytrama robots allows Sytrama to offer a long-lasting life in all its automations, amortizing the initial investment.

Social

The social macro area refers to Sytrama staff and people who get in contact with Sytrama, such as partners, customers and suppliers. Sytrama labour force is the most valuable asset for the company. In fact, regular training courses are fundamental to let your employees growing and improving their skills. Retaining employees and their know-how is a top priority to Sytrama.
